EMAIL RATING

  1. Disable “Happy Rating Follow Up” email in the L27 settings -> Email Templates
  2. Edit the “Booking Rating” email in the L27 settings -> Email Templates
  3. In the content editor, click the </> on the right of the menu options, which will show you the raw code of the email.
  4. Scroll down or search for “{{ rating_good_url }}” and replace it with “https://yourdomain.com/yourlink”
  5. Scroll down or search for “{{ rating_ok_url }}” and replace it with “https://yourdomain.com/yourlink”
  6. Scroll down or search for “{{ rating_bad_url }}” and replace it with “https://yourdomain.com/yourlink”
  7. In my opinion both ok and bad should point to the same page with a feedback form where customers can vent like HERE.
  8. The good link should point to a page that gives customers the option to click on an image that will take them directly to leaving a review on yelp, facebook, google, etc. like HERE.

SMS RATING

  1. Disable “Happy Rating Follow Up” SMS in the L27 settings -> Text Messages
  2. Edit the “Booking Rating” SMS in the L27 settings -> Text Messages
  3. Search for “{{ booking_rating_url }}” and replace it with “https://yourdomain.com/yourlink”
  4. “https://yourdomain.com/yourlink” should look something like HERE.
  5. In my opinion both ok and bad should point to the same page with a feedback form where customers can vent like HERE.
  6. The good link should point to a page that gives customers the option to click on an image that will take them directly to leaving a review on yelp, facebook, google, etc. like HERE.
